Negotiation & Confliction Resolution Skills

Limited slots available
27 April
9AM to 6PM

Negotiating in a business context is an activity lots of us dread. Especially for creative service businesses, it’s very easy to feel overwhelmed, and believe that the cards are stacked against us.

This one-day seminar is a simple introduction to a range of theories, techniques and tools designed to help you cut win/win deals without losing your shirt - or your mind. We will also cover conflict resolution techniques, useful when we as creatives get the brief right but find ourselves getting hung up on client objections, such that we spend lots of time re-doing work - which is soul-destroying and expensive for anyone in a creative business.
